Valentina Rosa, Founder & CEO
Valentina is president and founder of TRA360 and remains not only the company’s leader but an active project manager and senior technical writer herself. Over ten years of experience writing technical communications inside high technology, academic, high-tech and life sciences companies gave Valentina the foundation of knowledge from which TRA360 has grown. Since 1991, TRA360 has amassed a highly skilled network of writing and design talent, here in its Massachusetts office and around the world.
Today, Valentina and the team have broadened their consulting practices, gaining a depth of experience helping companies with communications and products as diverse as e-learning, financial services, and biopharma. Valentina ’s main responsibilities include establishing new business; developing and maintaining client relationships; creating and managing virtual teams; creating budgets and schedules for projects; and representing TRA360 as the public image of the company by making presentations, attending conferences, and enhancing the TRA360 brand.
Valentina graduated with a BA from Trinity College (CT, USA) in 1981 where she received High Honors and Distinction in History, Phi Beta Kappa (junior); University of East Anglia (Norwich, UK): Studied 17th Century English history under the tutelage of renowned historian Robert Ashton; Harvard University: Radcliffe Publishing Course.
An avid cyclist, Valentina gives her time and energies to Team Kermit, riding with them in the Pan-Massachusetts Challenge since 2005. To date, the team has raised over USD$5.5 million for research on and treatment of brain tumors in pediatric patients at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
