Waltham, Mass.—January 22, 2013—Timothy Rosa Facilitates ENET Lean Startups Panel

The Lean Startup
The Lean Startup

Timothy Rosa, president and CEO of TRA360, will be facilitating a panel entitled “Lean Startups – Good Business Model or Hyped Buzzword?” on January 22nd at Microsoft’s New England Research and Development Center One Memorial Drive, Cambridge, MA 02142 – 11th floor Commons room. Matthew Bellows, CEO of Yesware and Jonathan Klein, founder & partner, The Topline Strategy Group will be the featured panelists. The Boston Entrepreneurs’ Network (ENET) is sponsoring the evening. To find out more and register, go to the ENET website.

The Lean Startup movement is based on five Lean Startup Principles and the Customer Development process developed by Steve Blank and refined by Eric Reis. With over 112,000 members in 250 cities and 50 countries–2,700 members in Boston alone–the Lean Startup movement is transforming how new products are built and launched.

“To be honest, I had never even heard of the Lean Startup Movement until I was assigned to facilitate this ENET panel last November,” said Timothy Rosa. “I purchased Eric Reis’s book and read it over the year-end holiday period. Many of his core ideas are well-known in the tech world. But some novel ideas such as building a Minimum Viable Product and pivoting or persevering have the potential to change how products are built. I’m looking forward to discussing these ideas with Matthew and Jon.”
